theres only one team i hate more then the italians and that the croatians (they were actually driving around toronto waving flags after winning a game in the group stage,the group stage!!!!).
anyway having said that i give them props for beating the germans who i thought would be in the final with spain from the beginning,and lets be honest they were not supposed to make it out of the group stage.
i still dont know why Torres isnt playing more,i love to watch that guy play what a powerhouse.

Italy showed no class in this game. 
Balotelli storms off at the end. 
If that Chiellini guy played on, limping and in pain, I would have started crying.  Instead, they play with 10!  This pity-begging is worse than diving, worse than catanaccio.
They stopped trying after about 1/3 of the way into the second 1/2.
I am disappointed with Italy.  Pirlo was crying at the end, Balotelli was crying at the end, I was not crying with them.

I just don't like Spain.  Like I just don't like Stalin.

Adios Poland and Ukraine!  I don't know what to make of UEFA EURO 2012.   Everybody is just all over the place.   England thank you for the inspiration and Balotelli thank you for 2 beautiful goals and for hugging your Mamma.  All the rest I couldn't care less about.

Never understood the argument about running up the score. What's wrong with that? The Spanish team weren't being asses. You don't want your opponent to score? Then do something about it.

This argument is also used in American Football. Never understood where it came from. Teams are not going to let go of the gas pedal and sympathize with their opponents.
