No, they were all far, far worse in Skyfall. No other Bond movie I've seen has a plot so absolutely harebrained and dialogue so tortured. The plots may get ridiculous and cheesy at times, but not downright idiotic like Skyfall's was. When one scene has no bearing on the next, it's time to scrap the screenplay and start afresh. But nope, in Skyfall damn near half the movie is tossed out as irrelevant as soon at they're back in the UK. I could write pages about all the mistakes and issues in the movie, but it's not worth my time and it's probably available somewhere on the Internet.
I think 'well, it's a Bond film' is a silly argument as well given that how good one movie is shouldn't have affect how good another is whether they're related or not. But since you asked, I'd say Goldeneye is possibly the best James Bond movie, but that judgment changes every so often.
