It could provide a great avenue for people to acquire items that no one else wanted but at a great price.

I ought to do this. Amnesty in X thread for 1 hour, and there would be a different thread that would have this, every few hours. I'd edit it into a post so that people would go trawling for the thread. It would probably get people reading all sorts of threads. Of course, the amnesty would always show up in the nice backdoors thread.

Perhaps weigh in on controversial topics, such as whether Permanent Style or ASW is better, or what age one needs to be in order to own tasseled loafers.

The answers are easy.

1) Depends on whether you aspire to look like a proper American who shops abroad, or a proper Englishman who shops domestically.
2) It's never a good age to own tasseled loafers. You can get away with them between the ages of two and four, on account that your mother dresses you, and you have essentially no say in the matter.

I wonder who cut the tassels off of these loafers. A man with buyer's regret? An angry wife? You?

Does the new forum software not allow you to see who voted for whom? If so, this is a serious regression of FUNctionality.

Perhaps the nicest pair of Allen-Edmonds that I have ever seen. Might they even have the sheen of Saphir?

Thank you. It has been awhile since I awarded the following...well done
young man.

I think if armed with an Xacto knife and a straight edge, forum member Iroh could turn these into an attractive pair of penny loafers.

Where does the cloth tape figure into it?

Give him a file and a square of sandpaper, and let's make those suede penny loafers.

I feel bad for the two that voted for me.

You're throwing your votes away, suckas!

Ahem... vote, your vote.

I'm not going to win this, am I?

I would like to vote for me, for no apparent reason. But alas, I cannot...

Instead I vote for in stitches, because his disappointment in missing the SF 10th was the most entertaining...
