Looks great, gaz. However, I remain a bit confused by the notion of a three-piece fresco.

^ The desire to wear a three-piece, BUT, that desire is coupled with the intent to mitigate the negative consequences of donning the 3-pc in the tropics.

Sartorial nirvana has a price you know.

I've found that I'm able to wear my fresco well into the shoulder season months. I normally add a cardigan in so I can see how a vest would work.

 

From my perspective, it's not just about comfort. I think the texture of fresco doesn't lend itself well to the formal nature of a three-piece.

Ah, gotcha.

You know, kinda how no one would wear a 3 piece suit in tweed ;-)

or flannel

jesus, gaz, either you've lost a shitload of weight, or that suit is performing miracles.

 

I never implied that any cloth with texture was inappropriate for a three-piece. I didn't think the zen dwarf was all that disingenuous.
