I am for any dark brown suede in the quarter or lace-U part. Same to me. Also as is, is OK if no one wants change.

We have had enquiries from several SF members showing interest, and would be great to get three more to reach our minimum of 6 orders.

Regards.

I am glad there will not be speed hooks on what I see as a rather dressy boot.

My understanding is that speed hooks can be easily added after the fact by a good shoe repairman. I am not sure they are as easily removed.

OK shoes and AS aficionados, step up to a wonderful and great shoe. The Blake is unique, timeless and a great deal of value with AFPOS. We need 3 more to get this to production ASAP.

I agree. The Miller is adress boot. Speed hooks will destroy its elegant shape & clean lloks. Speed hooks belong on casual and countery boots.
If you must, add them later.

Let's get this into production. As a craps shooter has been known to say, "baby needs a new pair of shoes."

I joined in on this. Honestly too good of a deal to pass up. Not to mention a pair of great looking, and more importantly fitting shoes!

I'm open to the suede idea, but would prefer something very dark like espresso. Something that wouldn't downgrade the formality of the shoe by too much.

Also IMO, I think one thing that might be holding buyers back is the photo being used to advertise it. It's just not as sharp as the photos for some of the other offerings. Most of the product pictures on AFPoS are particularly slick but this, not so much.

I say that in the interest of getting more takers so we can execute this order!

Sarah and Julian any updates on the Miller boot? Are we still on track for November delivery?

Fingers crossed, yes. Here is the latest picture of the AS Miller mto:

With the initial delay on the Cognac Shell from Horween, The Miller mto was started first with the AS Benson in Cognac after, so these may slip into December unfortunately.

This is unfortunate Julian. I predicted the Benson to go into December. My fear is that no one in Europe works in December (also August). Such is the life of a shoes enthusiast! Well, at least there is a light at the end of (long) tunnel.
