Folks have a look at the Tateossian stirling silver cufflinks going at crazy prices. I picked up 8 so far. And fully agree the service is also completely outstanding.

I actually purchased 4 Tateossian cufflinks initially in mid December and didn’t expect them to show up for the 25th across the pond in Canada where I live but they did. Extremely fast and inexpensive shipping. I suspect they are absorbing some of the actual shipping cost. 3 of the cufflinks were perfect but there was a small defect (which happens) on the fourth and I sent a message to Malford asking what they could do. Stephen from Malford responded in less than 15 minutes to offer a refund immediately including shipping costs or a hefty rebate. Seriously, they didn’t even ask for proof/pictures of the defect – not a single question. I decided to take an exchange because I realised there were a few more cufflinks I wanted with the intent to send the original back. To my surprise they sent the replacement immediately without waiting for me to send the original back. Later on when looking to send back the original cufflink to Malford I learned that the shipping costs back to the UK would be fairly expensive (which they would be paying) so I asked Malford if they were OK with the shipping cost, expecting they would offer an additional rebate on the cufflink which I would then keep since it was still a nice pair. To my great surprise they simply told me to forget it and keep the cufflink free. Now, I certainly didn’t expect that and I don't have a big timer reputation either. This has never happened to me before.

To be clear this goes beyond what someone could reasonably expect great customer service to be about. I certainly wouldn’t expect this level of service anywhere and it just goes to show you how one vendor wants to keep a customer happy. After this experience I am certainly keeping a much closer look at what Malford of London has to offer on the site and here.

The only thing now is the regret I have going back through this thread and seeing some of the items I missed. There were some JL chapels and I don't even want to know if they had a 7 US.
