What's the best way to get really huge pecs really fast? I need to go from a 36 chest to a 38 as soon as possible, apparently.

Calories and push ups. Eat lots of good calories, i.e, meat and eggs. Do some cheast push ups, 4 sets of 15 reps each per day for 2-3 weeks.

^ Add heavy bench press (3-4 sets of 3-5 reps) a couple of times a week for size. And supplement the meat/fish/eggs with 0% fat dairy products - lots of clean protein and easier on your digestive system and kidneys.

^^ Haha, thanks, guys! I appreciate the advice, since I was being only partly facetious.

1) MOL - any more EGs or CJ's expected in US 9.5 sizing?
2) Do you remove VAT for US orders? If so, is it 20% or another amount?

Thanks.

Moo I haven't got any more shoes coming in at the moment but I have a "wants" spreadsheet. I'll put you down for interest in size US 9.5 and if anything comes in I'll let you know.

VAT free shopping will be coming at some point but all my prices will be increased across the board. 90% of my customers are outside of the E.U so my prices were always aimed at that market.

Subbed for great justice.

I love the silhouette on this Gant Loro Piana Merino Wool Navy patch pocket sports coat. The measurements are there or there abouts - with the exception of the length: 29" and my length is 31". The £3.00 tape measure that I bought from John Lewis the other week, is proving to be a sound investment (thanks SF 101) because as dearly as I would have loved to have bought the sports coat, 2" inches in length is far, far too short.

Are your Hackett sport coats full canvas construction? Specifically this one: http://www.malfordoflondon.com/en/jackets/1779-gieves-hawkes-white-linen-patch-pocket-jacket-rrp-600-gbp.html

I re-read all 118 posts and didn't find this answer so thought I'd ask the group...how does it come to pass that these items are so heavily discounted? Are they perhaps last season's goods, overproductions, or come with very minor imperfections (like I noticed on a few ties)? I recently ran across this thread and MOL's website and am now tracking and have several items I am interested in, so I'm just curious about what I'm potentially buying. thanks

They are definitely not full canvas. Possible semi or fused. Will double check this particular jacket.

It is usually old season clothing & accessories.

Very rarely I come across slight seconds but this is made very clear in the product description.

Hope that helps.
