Can someone post a photo of that thing "in action"? I have a Banana Republic trench that I never wear and it has one of those things attached to the back of the collar. Could never figure out how it works, lol...

As you can see, that part unbuckles from behind the collar, coming around to the front and fastening to the buttons and buckle from the other side.
