Worldwide sausage distribution is more recently under the purview of the Secret Service, not the FDA.

You might be right.

I do recall the Clinton administration...

How do you know about lay-a-way?

Two morons got themselves barred from B&S because they asked for personal payment or paypal + 4% or whatever. That 4% now cost them their B&S privileges or $500. Don't be a moron.

You'd think that you people would notice the bold print that says that you'll be auto-slapped with a $500 fine if you don't follow the rules, would compell them to open and review the big spoiler underneath that that essentially says "These are the rules."

Maybe we should institute a poll test before you can use B&S.

You should let banned sellers appeal on this thread, this thread would be pin worthy lurker[1].gif

I'll consider it.

Anyway, the rules are so easy to follow. You actually have to go out of your way to break them.

This is to serve notice to everyone that I will be going through and issuing bans tomorrow. If your listing is in violation of any of the rules, and in particular, contains any text that could get us in trouble with Paypal, you will be barred from B&S permanently, unless you are making enough to justify the $500 fine (people have actually paid this.) So, you've got about 12 hours to fix shit. Happy Saturday night.

Re: the no deleting threads rule: why not just change the privileges within the B&S subforum so that users can't delete threads?

Please issue a warning first.. Could just be something like, "I'm giving you 30 minutes". I'm sure people have broken the rules unknowingly. (I'm gonna go check my threads now)

They can't. But they can edit the information, and there are legitimate reasons a user might want to do that.
