Vass F last question

If I am US 9D in Allen Edmonds Park Avenue, what size should I get Vass F last? I understand these run large so maybe 41.5?

They run wider,but not longer. The width of the 5 last in AE is much narrower than the F last. If you don't mind the extra volume of the F last, I think you would be a 42.

For me....42 in Vass F fits similar to 9.5 D in AE Park Ave --- I would suggest you get a 41.5

Would the extra width in the F last accomodate a E width? In this case if you were a size 9E in the no. 5 last of Allen Edmonds would a 42 be okay?

10UK in Carmina Rain last
10.5/11D in EG 82 last and can do same size, but E in 888
9.5UK in C&J 348 last
Just south of a 10UK in Lobb 7000 last

What size F and U?
