Thank you Lejourve,
The shoes are actually US 10.5 D. Whats interesting is that prior to walking around on them the toplines never bulged out. Walking around for a few minutes at home nothing ever happened. Only when I wore them out for the first time, which resulted in 2 nasty blisters did I notice the second day they looked like this. I wasnt even out that long really, did mostly driving unless...perhaps toe-ing the gas pedal somehow caused this? My left foot also rests at a angle with toes bent not flat on the ground when I drive putting it about the same angle as my right gas foot....Just a thought, anyways...They also rest with the trees inside them so they shouldent have warped on me overnight. I recently discovered that I can push down on certain spots on the sole with my fingers and the toplines bulge (just using my fingers my foot is not inside the shoe) that is peculiar.
Well I just dont know if the shoe can be salvaged at a bootmaker. I think tomorrow I am going to go to Neiman Marcus, for some reason they started carrying John Lobb, I will go try a few shoes out there (probably wont buy anything their going for the price of 2 Vass' shoes retail)
Oh and "G&G Shoes" and "Nik from Bespoke" are the guys from this website? http://www.bespoke-england.co.uk/
