A pair of well-fitted chinos would be amazing.

Mason's / Margiela Yes, I'd be up for a couple pairs of chinos. Trying to improve casual non-jean wardrobe.

I think margiela makes amazing chinos but it would be fun to make a new one. Margielas are kinda expensive....

Also it would be funny to see GQ's reaction afterwards when they havent done anything..

+1, but only if they have a low rise and tiny girl-like pockets.

Also, I think it would be fun to incorporate people from the Mens Clothing subforum. Some of them dont post in the SW and D. It would be cool to see a colloboration between the subforums.

In theory this wouldn't be bad, but I'd have a hard time figuring two different asthetics, let alone age groups, could come together on something like this. Seriously, it sounds like a disaster. There's a reason some of us only post on here (like me) and others post in MC. But prove me wrong, people.

Love chinos too! I have a pair back -buckled chinos by Engineered Garments that I bought this season and the fit is amazing. Love to see Godmother's version of it.

Another definite yes on the chinos...

I'm in on the chinos, as lon as I can get a pair in 36".

(I'd suggest unfinished hems)

Very much into the Mason's cut, feel and overall quality... some of the colors/distressing can be a tad overdone. Otherwise, hell yes!

Alright, we can think about a chino, and the Godmother and I will discuss this once we gauge reaction to Lot 001 of the 5EP x Styleforum jean. This is more wide open then the jeans, for which I had something very specific in mind. I don't often wear chinos, so my preferences are not as set. Okay, new thread.
