I work out six times a week, half free weights (upper body only) and half cardio. Â I cycle creatine and Xenadrine and consume whey protein. Â Although I have made steady gains, I seem to have plateaued at 170 pounds (I am 5'10"). Â I would like to add 5-10 more pounds of lean muscle. Â Any suggestions on how to accomplish this (supplements, diet, certain exercises, etc.) would be most appreciated, preferably not involving using Andro or eating 6 chicken breasts a day.
