Can you tell the nice people here how your transaction worked out?.

that you bought in our online sample sale  and because the pants did not fit (not because it was the wrong item as you stated) but because the sizing just did not work  for you. you now have a first rate pants that is far superior to the sample you bought and a little (or sometimes a good bit)  patience goes a long way as i always ensure my customers are taken care of.

Also I will respond to you email you send me in the next day or so.

Bless
ZB

Ultimately the transaction worked out great in the end. The pants are beautiful. You are right that the DNA pants were a sizing issue, but you accidentally sent the coated minimalist slims instead of the regular ones. I ended up with a better version of the minimalist slims in the end so it all worked out. Zam is very kind and truly seems to care about his customers. He is a very busy man and personally responds to all emails, so I now understand the communication issues, even if they are a bit frustrating. But as he notes above, patience goes a long way with him. Will definitely be doing business with again.

LOL

no worries man
this has been the latest we have ever released goods, but as i said the peices were more complex this season and our production was significantly bigger

Most of the pants available for the season are up already with 4 remaining styles to come. Tops and outwear will be up in the next day or two so the full range of items will be up by the end of the month. We are still doing the final rounds and putting finishing touches on some peices. we hope to finish that in the next couple of days

There isn't many drop crotch pants this season. For a customer who wants a 44, they can easily purchase and have the waist adjusted on the 46.
Our main sizes that we sell many of are 48//50//52.
and now there seems to be an increased demand for 54 in some items. we do sell a good bit of 44 to consistent clients, but its simply not enough to make everything we produce in a size 44.................its always a tough decision to choose what to make and what not to in the smaller sizes

Yes, the long coat in pic 4, and the trousers in pic 2 are what I'm most interested in.

I find the thigh measurement from 1" down the crotch to be a bit awkward as I'm used to thigh measurements at the crotch, I'm guessing I should be adding .5" if I want the crotch to edge thigh measurement? Thanks.

thanks for the correspondence

there is no exact science in measuring garments for specking and fitting purposes. have seen numerous companies and technical designers who approach the process differently. For example, I often prefer to measure an outseam on a pant rather than an inseam, but since most companies and stores use an inseam as the standard we go with that for the sake of simplicity.

As for the Crotch, definately better to measure 1" down, because the additional inch of the pants is not thethigh but the seat and does not relect thigh measurement.
