yeah , the pants were lengthened but i dont understand the creasing above the cuff. they are pressing too hard?

I don't really know. It just looks like the shape where the lining ends. Maybe the lining was folded when pressed. Just tossing out ideas, but this happenned to me with a drycleaner (that I no longer use now).

Whomever you used to do the alteration didn't press the pants properly. Thus the old crease is still there. Unless those pants are fully lined (highly doubt it) it would't be the lining crease, although I have seen that, too.

I hope it is just the angle you are taking these photos from combined with the lack of break in your trousers, but your shoes remind me of this:

 

With the spindliness of your legs, having the trouser run into the shoe would look much better
