Shirt fit critique - second try

Looking to get everyone's opinion on the fit of this shirt. It was my second order from modern tailor and I think I got the fit down pretty good, but looking for the experts' advice. My only thoughts were possibly darts to remove the rest of the puffiness from the back but I'm still undecided about that. Also, it seems like shirts that fit great tucked in will look funny untucked due to the flaring at the hips after the waist suppression. Does anyone else have shirts specifically for tucking and some specifically for untucking?

Really depends on the fit you're looking for. Assuming this has been washed and dried, to me it's a little full all around for a custom shirt. Start with the darts minimum. Sleeves look a little too full and long. Cuffs maybe a little big.

It's not a bad shirt. Just looks like something you could get off the rack though at this point.

Thanks for the feedback. I am going for a fitted look. Something that is close to my body but doesn't constrict movement. This is way better than OTR in my opinion from what I've tried. I have a 42" chest and 31" waist so anything that fits my chest is absolutely huge in the body, anything that fits my waist means the chest is about to rip open. I agree with the cuffs being a little big, I was trying to get the sizing right for wearing a watch under it. The sleeves might be a tad long, the problem with the first shirt was they rode up my arm too far and caused pulling at my lats. I like how these sleeves don't move too much when I put my arms out front. Looking forward to more opinions.

I agree there is too much volume throughout, but especially in the sleeve and cuffs. I also see too large an armhole and a yoke that is too long. One of the big differences I noticed when I switched from MTM to bespoke is where the shoulder of a bespoke shirt ends. MTM shirts often have yokes that go past the shoulders to the arms. This, coupled with sleeves that are too voluminous, create a big cloud of wrinkles under one's arm and across the chest. May I ask if you took he measurements yourself? Having tried this once when I was living in the middle of nowhere, I know that it is difficult and that it can lead to disappointing results. I was fortunate to have an alterations tailor who also made clothes measure me and though he did a good job, it still took several orders to get a fit I liked (in fairness to the MTM service, it took my bespoke maker a few tries too, but the difference in fit between the last MTM and first bespoke shirt I had made is considerable).

It does look one size too big, and there's nothing spectacular about a bespoke shirt should fit exactly doesn't it?

Thanks for the input guys. I should have mentioned it hasn't been washed or dried, so I'll do that and retake pics to see how much of a difference it makes.

Slim it down a bit overall and it looks like your arms are different lengths.

The shirt is long and has too much fabric.
