I really want a pair of sandals, mostly because that Ann suit I found on ebay doesn't really go with anything else (10.5" leg opening), but I have a mental block on actually spending any money on a pair confused.gif.

Zara had some sandals that looked pretty good on the mannequin, and I think they're priced ~60?

The problem with stuff like that is I buy it because it's cheap and then only wear it a few times.  I think I've wasted way more money buying H&M than I have designer stuff; I just end up reverting back to the few nice items I own.  There's totally some exceptions, I wear my uniqlo oxfords like twice a week.

I'll probably just wait til later in the season or next year; I'm pretty okay with letting the Ann hang in my closet since I didn't own another suit and will probably need one and it was cheap even by Macy's standards redface.gif.  Also the jacket looks cool on its own.

At least Uniqlo oxfords fit you without massive tailoring. What happened to Japanese slim fit :(

CPs wogbog posted are pretty rad, and the simpler Ann D ones are nice. Can't understand the appeal of those with all the laces, ankle straps that cover as much of your foot as high tops, and then just leave your toes exposed. Seems like a recipe for sweat

A medium is still pretty tight in the shoulders / chest on me while having way too much room lower down.  As a bigger guy I feel like I can get away with looser stuff a little more easily than somebody really slim, though I still want to get them taken in.

The Ann sandals / shoes look ugly on their own but pretty cool in the context of the right outfit.  I used to not like them too, totally came around though.

haha, yes, but it won't be shown on styfo. sadly, I don't have evidence of my "new romantic" phase, but I do of my "grunge" phase.

Need pics of hippie and grunge phase ASAP; feel free to post directly to Best of WAYWT.

tween, you should get those either way, would go perfectly with some faded loose jeans/cotton pants.
