I went with an 8.5 and could probably swing an 8. I wear nice cushioned socks with camp boots. I slip too much with thinner socks. When I get the trail Oxford ill be going sock less so it'll be an 8. 8.5 Barrie for me.

yeah that would be a full size down from my brannock. im a 9 brannock and 8.5 barrie/trubalance

What about a light-medium shade suede camp boot with a darker Vibram Cristy sole? Is the Cristy sole only produced in white?

Alright guys - some pretty good ideas being funneled in

The Cristy comes in white and black....but i'm opening to using other vibram soles...or crepe =)

dark burgundy, white eyelets, white baseball stitching, white vibram christy sole.

It's realllly not for anything other than a penny loafer (which is why I got it - you guys should see that on the site in August)

Tried to contact you via email twice in the last 4 months or so with no response. I'm looking for help with sizing. I'm a 8.5E in Allen Edmonds and an 8E in Alden Trubalance. What size would you recommend in the boat shoes if wearing w/o socks. 8.5? Special order a wide?

^Hey warrenjl1 - do you know what email address you used? We really pride ourselves on prompt replies to email. But I can help ya out right here! Based on your sizing, I would recommend an 8.5. With our trail oxfords, your trubalance size, and with our penny loafers, half down from trubalance.
