They are. They will breath much better (so better comfort) and last a lot longer than a lined shoe!

maybe a brown suede chukka... or a trail oxford with a double leather sole?

Trail oxford with a double leather sole. That'd be pretty wild

Double post. My bad. See below.

Got my brown loafers today. They are really nice but unfortunately don't fit me. I'm a 7.5D on the Branock and in my AEs so I ordered these in a 7D as I wanted to wear them without socks. I can easily fit my entire finger behind the rear most part of my heal. Additionally these are already bowing out because I think my feet are too wide. Do you guys sell 6EE or 6EEE? Is there some way I can convert my measured 7.5D to your lasts? See my picks below. Notice how the shoe bends out in my second picture. I'm really sad these don't fit as they really are great looking shoes.

EDIT- wanted to add I have only had these on my feet for about 30 seconds total with about 4 steps taken. They are still in absolutely brand new condition and I intend to return them to Oakstreet.

I had the same issue only going down a half size from my brannock. I returned them for a full size down and it's a great fit sockless, but I still needed some tongue pads after a few dozen wears.

love the collab idea. I would love a trail oxford with the sole from the Field Boot. I've been wanting a rugged and versatile shoe for a while that has a sole substantial enough to handle varied terrain and plenty of time on the feet.

I would say a pebble grain tobacco or natural, hell brown.....single welt ---- vibram...
Or double leather... Double leather would be awesome and no one has that make up.

I just wanted to emphasize again (incase my earlier post seemed at all negative) that these shoes are awesome. I was only frustrated because they didn't fit!

Going down a full size from your Brannock didn't make the shoes too narrow?

i am assuming this is only an issue with the loafers/laceless models? From what I have been reading 1/2 size down from brannock for the laced models are okay

It's true. We've been recipients of some pretty awesome makeups.

Black trail oxford with red brick sole and our favourite in store right now the natural chromexcel with crepe sole.

With respect to sizing, trail oxford go with your alden size and you'll be fine.
