Thanks to my pronation when walking I've managed to wear through most of my heel on my Vibram Sole Trail Oxfords (they're brown). I'll definitely get them resoled but I'm considering using a different Vibram sole than the Cristy (what it comes with originally).

Has anyone else resoled using a different sole? I'm hoping to stay with the natural/tan color but with a firmer/longer wearing material.
Suggestions are welcomed, here are a few I'm considering:

Thanks Again!

It also depends on what type of sole. if doing a camp sole you should be able to get away with the width issue since there is no welt. where as with a vibram or leather sole there is a welt to consider. I always try to go with a d width to start and then adjust from there. D widths are not a special makeup and should be returnable, from there you can say an E would work or a double E ETC.

Hate to be a bother, but are there any updates on the plain toe boots?

+1 for pictures

C'mon, don't leave us hanging. I'm trying to decide between these and some others that are on sale now.

They're in production guys! I literally don't have more photos because the pair that TJ has been wearing at Independence is the only pair in existence. As soon as they are ready, you guys will the the FIRST to know!

Is there interest in setting up a pre-order after I take photos of the first finished pair? That way you guys can reserve a pair from batch #1

I'd love to see some finished pics, these would definitely be boots that I'm interested in!

I'd like to do that, but I'm a bit nervous about sizing.

Really liking these boots! Is this something we could order from OSB directly if we needed custom widths?
