Anything in particular to look for at NorthernGRADE Chicago? The date seems to line up nicely with the "end of the month" target for the boots.

Any more pics of the new boots? Got a release date?

I'm also interested in a release date. I need some nice boots and these look like they'll fit the bill but I'm almost ready to pull the trigger on something else!

Vibram is on hold - literally every person who has seen the leather sole and vibram sole in person has immediately moved toward the leather - it's really really strong

Will you make customs up to size 15/16?

I should also add that I was a lurker and I signed up on the forum specifically to express my interest in these boots.

Just to update, I did take the step and order the brown CXL loafers with the crepe sole. Am just in for the wait. Will try to remember to post a review in this thread when the shoes arrive.

Also am interested in the plain toe boot to be released soon. Have to look for some more pics...

We'll be bringing a boat load of shoes - will be an opportunity for people to try them on and see them in person! Unfortunately, the new boots aren't ready yet

Thanks

Hey man - womens shoes are on the back burner. HOWEVER, levi's neighborhood stores have loden green penny loafers. I can help track them down for anyone who wants their wife's footwear looking as good as their own =)

that is the exact comment pretty much 100% of people say when they see these in person - realistically, these are in a league beyond nod[1].gif

Man - we are SO SO stoked for them too! The last I designed is similar in width to the barrie - just about equal in width, though i'd say probably a tad closer to the trubalance. Beautiful, but really fucking manly shape.

Unfortunately we can't do that big. Shoot info at oakstreetbootmakers dot com an email if you're wondering the max size we can do in a particular style

So do you have sizing guidance yet? For reference I have the navy suede trail oxfords in size 10D that are a bit loose, but comfortable. I also just got a pair of Alden shell wingtip boots in size 10D on the Barrie. I had tried a 9.5D and they weren't wide enough, so I went up to the 10D and they fit really well.

Can we have somemore pics of that boot, the plain toe..... in defferent views. that would be awesome... they almost have a white's thing about them just slimmer sole and profile... definetly a hot boot.

We find that they run VERY true to size thus far - so 10D should do the trick. It is a boot, so you'll most likely be wearing an all season sock that is a tad thicker than the dress socks you're wearing with the shell wingtips.

Thank you! Believe it or not, the boot in the above photo is VERY VERY close to the final version, but there are some minor changes, which is why we haven't posted more photos. This is the teaser photo until final boot photos are taken very soon. As always, i'll keep everyone here posted - hell, I need these boots for this F/W too!

I loved the preview pictures on GQ but these leather-soled boots don't do it for me. I'm out!
