Just ordered me first pair of shoes from Oakstreet! Probably gonna have to have them switch out later for a wider size. When I find my fit in one style will it apply to all the other style of shoes?

Sizing won't necessarily be consistent among all styles, it depends heavily on the lasting uses. Also, I'm not sure if George uses moccasin construction on all styles by moccasins are know for fitting snug at first and really opening up in the width and molding to your foot.
I know with my trail oxfords they felt snug at first but really started to mold to my foot after about a week.
What style did you go with?
My experience with the loafers is that you want them to be very snug out of the box. The width will stretch a bit to conform to your feet. Mine stretched out enough where I had to get some tongue pads and cloth insoles to wear them barefoot.
Over a dozen wears, it seemed to stretch about a half size, they told me it stretches more in width than it will in length. I went with a 7D even though I normally wear and 8D. Your best bet is to contact them and ask... your toes shouldn't be crammed in there either.
i have the beefroll penny loafers and love them. the key is to get the right length so you don't get any heel slippage. the width will stretch to mold to your feet, probably within the first 3-5 times you wear them. to wear these without socks, i went down two sizes from my street shoe size. they will feel pretty tight at first, but eventually they will fit like a glove.
Got the loafers. There's slight slippage in the heel and about an inch of space between the end of my toe to the end of the shoe. The width is very very snug up in the toe area (I guess that will stretch out with wear), but seems a bit loose by the side sides of my feet that is exposed. Also the top part of the shoe pushes down on my feet which make sit a bit uncomfortable (but I guess this will also loosen up with time). If you can't tell I know nothing about shoes! Will it wear in well or should I switch down to an 8 1/2 E or EE? Love the quality and color!
In the photo above, those loafers seem to take on the cereal bowl look mine took on after a few weeks. Then I bought shoe trees. For me, shoe trees return the heel to it's narrow and stiffer shape. Without them my shoes would be slippers.
Also: I got my Trail Oxfords with the half footbed. Because of repeated slippage, I asked to have the foot bed replaced with the full-length one they now use. (Which Oak Street graciously did because their service is incredible and they deserve a plaque) Naturally, they fit a bit snugger in the toe box. I bring this up because much of the commentary about fit online relates to the half footbed version of the shoes. I would still size down as I had before, but it's something to consider.
