As a proper Russian you should be wearing a Borsetka - a murse. Replaces all the pockets.

Barracuda in  the lighter summer weight. Even the regular weight is not all that heavy.

Then why do you want to spend so little?

On a serious note, have a look at aspesi, they might have something for you. also saw a nice dark blue borrelli jacket with suede applications which fits in your budget. you might want to look at boggi.

Loro Piana or Brunello Cucinelli. Both do spring/summer quite well.

The teeth are quite sharp, though. Baracuta makes a very nice jacket but probably not "elite" enough for our crazy_russian.
OP, do you own a strip bar on Pulaski Highway?

I mean, being the Russian elite you are, you know that Russians with any money go to Europe for their shopping. The process of having things shipped in is a pain in the ass, so why not just go to Milan, Naples, Paris, or London and find something you like?
