Voted the Wire but would have preferred a full run of HBO's Carnivale.

I wouldn't have added it otherwise. It's fantastic.

Haven't seen Sherlock, Jekyll was very good.

I liked Jekyll but it had some of the weirdest characterization ever. Hyde acts like Jim Carrey in the mask and the black guy pretending to be American talks like Yosemite Sam.

Really? I didn't get that impression at all, other then maybe the exaggerated grin he often had on his face.

the only thing that could have made the wire better would have been more topless scenes with nick sobotkas girlfriend.

as a person who grew up with a bunch of brothers and not a bunch of money, malcolm in the middle has a special appeal to me. so much truth in that show.

Tell me you're fucking kidding me. Honestly, it was fun the first four seasons or so, but when literally EVERY single time, it's the moderately attractive wealthy white people that are the real murderers, it gets a little stale.

Not very cool story FLMM - I'm sitting in a bar in Nashville with an ex-GF once. We don't know anyone, and are just sitting there talking and watching the TV there, which has no volume.

Now, I'd heard that there are some Law & Order episodes where it isn't the white guy/girl, but I'd never seen any of them. And my ex and I had jokingly argued about their actual existence. So Law & Order comes on, and it's about two boxers, both black (one played by the kid who played Wallace on The Wire), one of them gets got, etc.... I mention to my GF that this is actually kind of cool, this might be one of the episodes I've heard about where it isn't the white guy. She, a very liberal but very callipygian Colombiana, begins to gloat.....until about forty minutes in where we find out it's the white trainer who was exploiting both of the poor young black men and killed one of them for trying to ruin his scheme or something like that (hard to tell with the volume down).

Not very cool Stitch story -i once saw an episode where it was the black guy. but it was SVU, and he was found not guilty.
