alpha as phuck son.

Fuck...I was just gonna suggest that^^^

Start with your shoes, really nice low key loafers with no bling. Italian preferably and black. Santoni is a name you can trust.

Next trou: forget jeans and think tropical wool and switch to linen when it's smoking hot. Very dark. Navy is your "Happy" color; otherwise charcoal or black. If you go black, you better go expensive, because cheap and black is almost always nasty looking. Again, Italian. See a trend here? Zanella is a name you can trust. Cuff them. 2" cuffs are the current rage and they have been stylish for over 100 years.

You wear socks? Make them expensive as well and silk or wool. Bresciani is a name you can trust.

Shirt? Simple, white or very pale blue or pink, and very expensive. Double cuffs with very simple Sterling silver or gunmetal links is the way to go. Borrelli is a name you can trust for the shirt and Tyrwhitt or Dolan-Bullock for the links. No need to go crazy expensive with the links, in case you are prone to losing them.

Positively no bling, Not even your belt buckle.

Belt? Black gator or croc would be rocking it, but ostrich or plain calfskin works just great. Simple silver buckle, never gold. Gunmetal buckles are also sweet when your links match.

Lastly, if you wish to be taken seriously, then a tailored sport coat is your admission ticket to acceptance. Never take it off until you get home or turn 30, whichever comes first. Make yours a relativelysmall pattern sport coat of navy and black; like houndstooth or similar. For off the rack expedience, Kiton is a name you can trust.

Here is the desired look for you:

Nice Jacket

This look will take you clubbing anywhere in the known world.

And do not be afraid of the uniform. Buy nice stuff, keep it clean, and wear it every night by swapping out socks and shirt for clean ones if you pull back to back all-nighters.

The only more sophisticated look for you, should be a custom charcoal suit with everything else remaining the same except for shoes where you could swap in some really nice black oxfords to finish the look. For the oxfords you may want to begin to look at English makes as well as the usual Italian suspects.

Cheers!

Oh, and you are not a promoter, you are "a man of leisure".

Sorry but this is a complete load of horse shit. I have not seen a 16 year old let alone someone else dressed like this in those brands to a club. You go to clubs to have a good time not for a business meeting brah. You can't grind on chicks with a kiton..

That said make sure you wear a Burberry plaid scarf no matter the weather.. bitches love the Burberry plaid

Ill agree with you on that those brands are probably too expensive to wear to a club, but they are very nice. And in all seriousness I do love the Burberry plaid haha

It's pretty hard to be Alpha when you're 16.Stay away from this dumb  clubs and just invite Peggy Sue out to the malt shop.

Lately ive been shopping up a storm in anticipaction of clubbing, but have yet to find a cool, aggresive, and urban pair of shoes and shirts. I would greatly appreciate advice on some nice sneakers and shirts to wear. I am most likely going to stick to louis vuitton belts. Thanks =)

No worries.

I guess you don't get out much, which is probably why you think a Burberry scarf is the hot ticket for success with the ladies.

Where you would be surprised about how many chicks would grind on a Kiton sport coat, I am not. Surprisingly, chicks dig grinding on tuxedo's and dinner jackets as well. Oh my bad, you were talking about you doing the grinding. Good luck with that.

The Burberry scarf was sarcasm but your last post was a joke. Clubbing is all about confidence and personality. If it takes you a kiton to go clubbing then buddy you got a ton of insecurities...

@lostron - with all due respect good sport coats/blazers/suits go down very well at the best clubs all over the world. It says money, power, access. It's not the only look that works but it works very well.

I am not disagreeing with you there. My point was simply that the OP is 16 yrs old and recommending an expensive outfit is not the best option and not the best advice for someone new to clubs. In all likelihood of age women would not care so he should wear what he is comfortable in. I have seen very few 16 yr old pull of a sportscoat well biggrin.gif

Liv is in a total atmosphere than Mansion. Liv is actually one of, if not the best night club in America (there's one in Las Vegas that I think might be on par). If you're going to Liv and are assured entrance then wear what you want, you're going to look cool regardless. However, a light colored sports coat and loafers are what I'd recommend. Open shirt (button up), straight leg denim or slacks, with the LV belt and some loafers.

Mansion, you'll  have a variety of people there...so v necks and jeans with high top Christian L's (and shades if you must), pointy shoes rather than loafers (it's more crowded and people will spill drinks and step all over your shoes), I'd only wear a jacket at mansion or cameo if I was in VIP.

The point is you want to make sure you look older than you are as well, so make sure you're not wearing a bunch of skinny jeans, too much gel, and tennis shoes (unless they are trendy high tops).

16 and in Mansion or LIV?  Jesus.  Well I guess I can't blame you, twelve years ago I was 25 and grabbed a few girls off the sidewalk to use as arm candy to help me get into the hottest place in South Beach, turns out they were two 16-yr olds and a 14-yr old.  Realized it AFTER my brother and I bought them shots to thank them for the help.  Of course that was back when they didn't check ID's.  And the girls were Brazilian, so lets just say they looked more the part than your average American teenybopping white girl.  But if you're gonna be in there you might as well not look like an idiot.  The dress is no different in these places than it is anywhere else popular in Sobe.  Just take a walk down Lincoln Rd and observe what locals are wearing at some of the nice restaurants.  People wear everything from suits to ripped jeans and shitty tees, especially in Mansion.  Avoid black though.
