My freakin' boss has gone from being lazy but kind to a stressed-out micro-manager in the last few weeks. Driving me crazy because he keeps asking why we have these processes in place and he doesn't remember that he was the one that instigated them despite everyone's criticism.

Had one of those nights you only have in a hotel room bed. You know, where you constantly wake up and look at the clock?

my brother in law's best friend just died. murdered actually, in front of his place of work. I'm not really close to the guy, but I see him sometimes at my brother in law's place, and we both came from the same university though he's a couple of years older. I also found out his wife just gave birth to their 3rd child last January, and their other kids are still very young- and they will never see their father again. murder truly and unequivocally sucks.

That sucks Acid. Man, hope your streak of bad luck changes soon!

had a really awful presentation today. basically, I was asked by a distributor to do a presentation, and they had gotten together people who didn't really want to be there who started attacking me from the very begining. very rough.

Went to class at 9am today, but found out 15 min. later that it was cancelled, my only class today too!

Floor tile for kitchen was two pieces short.
Had to order the additional pieces, which will have to be flown in from Oregon.

Two weeks and counting with no kitchen.

Just awful. Horrendous.

The UPS guy drove away from my building AS I APPROACHED IT.

Fucking potential job had me in yesterday for two interviews, which, with the wait time took 3 hours. And then they had me back today for another interview and then had me wait by the phone until they finally decided to call me 2 1/2 hours later telling me they hadn't made their decision and that they would get back to me later this week, early next week at the latest. And this is for a retail sales job. So now I have no energy / motivation to go to the gym for the second day in a row.

I WANT A SMOKE, RIGHT NOW... Fuuuuuuu must resist!
