The owl hoots, but the cookie still crumbles.

Mr. Owl, how many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop?

Pens?  Surely not; they should only be given washable markers, since they write on everything.

Too many songstress's today do not put enough effort into their craft just don skimpy outfits and lip sink to AutoTunes.

I am the worst texter in the world always be hitting the wrong buttons with my fingers. Then I hit backspace and hit the wrong button again.

It's all that intertextuality, L'Inc. They're a lot harder to type than normal text messages.

Went from being friends when we broke up, to my ex not wanting to see me ever. Which I'm ok with, but of course after dating for a year and a half we obviously have shit at each other's places. So we did a few swaps and I realized that she still had my Tumi suitcase I loaned her for trips we took. She doesn't want to see me so we agreed that when I was in town, I'd text her and she could just leave it outside her apt and I'd swing by and get it. Text her Sunday. "I'm not home tonight. Tomorrow morning would be better." I said "alright." Have to leave for work early so I don't worry about it. Text her yesterday and she finally texts me back that she left the suitcase outside her apt on Monday morning and it wasn't there when she left her apt at noon so she assumed I took it. NOPE. I'm livid. Didn't call or text saying she was actually gonna put it out and have me come get it.

Hey gang now that I have eaten my dinner time meal I want to tell you all about the dream I had last night. I was house sitting for a month for a person who had cats, but I forgot she had cats (they hid under the bed did not even notice them). I realized "Oh no I did not feed or water these kitties for a whole month I am in big trouble!" But then I woke up and thought everything was okay. Except the waking up event happened in the dream, and the reality I "woke up" to was still the reality in which I had forgotten to take care of the cats. When I woke up for real, I was in a glum mood, which lasted for an hour or so.

That sucks. Sounds like it's partly your fault though. You agreed to letting her leave the bag outside unattended (stealable), and gave her reason enough to believe you'd get in on Monday. Maybe you left out some specifics, but that's what it sounds like, at least.

Link were you asleep for that dark glum hour or in a state of awake

Yeah I can see that, but we never agreed on a time or anything after my "alright." Would think she's text me and say that she's putting it outside since I live 2 minutes up the road. Especially since she knows it's an expensive piece of luggage. Just my luck with shit though.

I just bought a bespoke suit, my first. I hate spending money and i know there are a lot of better uses of 640 but it was on sale as the tailor is renovating their shop and wanted to clear out stuff. I also have to wait 6 to 8 weeks. I figure it costs about as much as a bb suit so im ok. Hope it turns out good. Blue with a very subtle herringbone. Gonna be a good everyday wear.
