Blah. this forcing myself to do 100 pushups before I eat my breakfast sucks. I better look like the T1000 in like three weeks or I'm a be pissed.

Would, unfortunately there's nowhere for a pull up bar here. I used to have one in my room, could knock out 60 in a row (at age 17). I'd be happy if I could get back up to 30, and right now, I doubt I can do 10.

@indesertum: that's not the only thing I'm doing, I just noticed I was getting a little pudgy around the middle since I started eating normally, and decided I'd rather get more exercise than lower my caloric intake again. 185cm and 65 kilo is NOT okay.

Can't you get the detachable kind on the doorframe? They go for like 35$

A lot of public parks have mini outside gyms with pull up bars etc., isn't there a metal laundry frame thing in the yard.

My left hand has been hurting like shit for the last couple months now, went to get it X-rayed and ultra sounded a couple weeks back and then the doctor tells me, oh you need surgery.

Got a referral and the hospital called last week while my flu was at death con 800, which led to a great conversation, me half a sleep and her asking questions, oh and I need another exam before they can put me on a <8 month waiting list.

The very worst thing you can do is over-think his problems. With close family is is very easy to view their behaviour through the lens of the faults you see in him. If you think he has an alcohol problem it will become nearly impossible to see any other problem he has. It is hard (maybe even impossible) but you almost have to take his actions at face value, you're simply too close to make a subjective evaluation of any problems.

Having said that, nothing sucks more than seeing someone close drift away for any reason. Hopefully you find a way to work through it.
