When I used to eat more quinoa I used to order it on amazon by the 50 pound bag. Always got a slightly better deal.

I love it. No meat/dairy/cheese...exception is on the weekends when I'll have an egg sandwich or something like that. You would perish on this diet I imagine.

Where are you getting your protein from? Egg whites are not going to kill you.

Protein only needs to be 10% of your overall intake. I get more than enough from beans and whole grains.

The idea that protein is the most important component of one's diet is ridiculous.

Fair enough, but I would probably go insane without a weekly steak. Or salmon.
