1) Nothing quite like starting work at 5AM.

2) I'm not particularly sore from yesterday's gym sesh.

3) On my way to work today, I drove through a patch of Atlanta known for its street walkers and various forms of homosexualist degeneratehood. Well I see this nice-looking ass and legs on a lady of ill repute and slow down to check her out... it was a man.

It does but independently of this (its a one time thing and I usually get to work at 645) and I get to go home at 1.

Do people who take the elevator one floor know that they are pieces of shit?

There's an escalator and stairway that go up to my building from the underground concourse. It's literally 20 steps but the fatties will jump on the escalator and just stand there.

I might have to give it a try. I've thought about it in the past, but all my research has said it doesn't really help if your problem is falling asleep (which mine usually is). This not being able to stay asleep thing, however, sounds like it might be perfect for melatonin.

I don't think they do, which is bizarre since it's so obviously the case.

So annoying.

Another annoying thing is my girlfriend can never do laundry without losing one of my socks.

Also, I have said this before, but I get very irritated at people who sneeze. Even if it is across the room and has nothing to do with me. I just have it in my head that people who sneeze have some sort of choice in the matter and they are just doing it to get attention. I know it sounds crazy, but the sound of it irritates the hell out of me. If I am talking to a person and I have to stop to let them sneeze my blood boils and I need to constantly control myself from yelling at them as if they did it on purpose to interrupt me.

One thing about stairs though; I walk up a lot of stairs daily from the subway and such, and despite doing it every day I am still winded like crazy when I walk up them. I do have slight asthma, but you would think my body would be conditioned to it by now. I mean years of daily walking up stairs? confused.gif

I take the combo because I have trouble falling asleep when I'm stressed, and it helps me anyway.

Most belts you buy are "Genuine Leather" or whatever the weasel-word is that refers to a compressed ground up leather paste formed into a belt shape and then covered with a thin veneer of actual leather. Basically the equivalent of the $10 ikea coffee table for your waist.

I've run into this same problem and narrowed down my options to Equus Leather (interact lots on SF, provide SF discount and VAT refund), Zissou (forum member), and Narragansett Leathers.
I've emailed Narragansett to try and order since they seem to have what I want (and are the cheapest option), but I am still waiting for them to get back to me.

AE belts are also legit leather.
tanks guiz, will have to check these out. The hardest part for me is finding ones with holes already in place for my waist size. I've found having to add my own holes just makes the belt look weird because it goes a lot farther around than normal.

You have to actually exercise to be well-conditioned. Walking up stairs at a leisurely pace doesn't do much.

Lately I have been finding 1 or 2 of these bugs in my apartment every day.

I tried to find them online and I think they are Flour Beetles...but I don't know where they are coming from.

After I saw that they might be flour beetles, I went through my kitchen and it looks like everything they would be interested in is either in a ziplock bag or a sealed container. I wonder if they are coming from one of my neighbors and making it through some cracks somewhere? I would think I would see more of them if they were actually coming from my apartment (and I feel like I see them in the living room and bathroom more than the kitchen).

You know they sell belts in different sizes right? wink.gif

I think all three that I mentioned actually custom size their belts. You measure your current belt's preferred hole and they will make it so your new belt's middle hole is the right length.

have you noticed that they're also the type that will blast through the doors right as you're about to take off?
