Actually, I did return it to factory settings. Still would not sync. So I paid attention where things were hanging up. Always something I had copied off our NAS. Even you could probably have figured that out then.
And now I'm thinking, you boys don't have a NAS, do you?
I can't use papa points on the phone. So spending 0 becomes spending $15 which I was not trying to do.
