Nah, I don't date fat chicks.

So a different girl (as in neither Green Frog nor my girlfriend) who is particularly attractive and I want to get at just let me know which hotel she will be staying at and I'm free to visit her.

GRARARARARAR.

I've had some shirts made there! Tell Neil I said hello.

Try Sid Mashburn's or now the Italian guy at Pharr and Piedmont, Mario Bosco, is considered Atlanta's best tailor.

Yeah, I talked to Neil yesterday. He was really cool, though he pushed those custom shirts hard. I'd like to get some made there, but I'm not really in the market for shirts at the moment. Since you've dealt with him, do you think it'll be an issue to tell him, "hey, I'm second-guessing having you do that jacket right now. Mind if I take it back and think about it?"

I'd like to try both Sid's and Bosco at some point. I just chose HK because it was closest and I'd heard good things.

I'm sure he'll understand.

Dude, if he's not observant enough to realize that already, I don't want him working on my clothes anyway.

(the move, a trip for a wedding, tailoring a suit I had to buy so I could be an attendant in the wedding, getting my old house ready to rent out). The fact is, the jacket fits well, but it's not quite exactly where I want it, so we're not even talking about getting it to where it's wearable. I mean, the only reason I had it with me when I was at the tailor was because I've worn it recently and it was in the car. I have a couple other things that actually need work done, so if I'm going to spend money on tailoring, that would make more sense.

Plus, it's not exactly high-dollar stuff; it's a Haspel seersucker jacket that I've had fitted once already by someone else. If I let this guy do more work, I'm pretty sure I'll have more in tailoring in the jacket than I spent when I bought the suit..

i hear that. allocating money and deciding what should have precedence is important, and it does really suck when tailoring costs exceed the actual item cost.

but most importantly,

Y U LEAVE CLOTHING IN YOUR CAR AND NOT HANG UP NICELY IN CLOSET!!!!!!!!

A car alarm has been going off outside for two hours. Unbelievable.

I only recently found out that how I met your mother was renewed for another season.

Not that the show (or any network show on its 8th season really) is good anymore, but I always thought that the right way to end it would be showing them literally meet, have a conversation, and maybe agree to go on a first date. Stay true to the form and all that....leave the story untold and let it be up to the viewer's imagination

Instead, since we are in America, it looks like they are going to drag out a year of courtship so that they can hold viewer's eyes for another 12 hours of commercial sales.
