Seems impossible to get past my tiredness today. Entertained guests every night for the past week and I think it has finally caught up to me.

Sometimes I shake hands with really big, strong guys and they crush my hand. As I go into the handshake, I tell myself to grip firmly and not get crushed. But I get crushed almost every time.

I remember meeting a pretty Army General's daughter (who was a good friend) for the first time. I got the heads up that he crushes your hand during the handshake - so when he went in I squeezed just as hard.

It was one of the few times I felt super manly because this huge hulking 6'3" 270lbs general actually flinched.

I'm pissed that I forgot to eat lunch and bonked around 3pm. The kind of bonk where you can't even think straight.

I keep a couple of protein bars in my briefcase for times like this. Had to resort to one today as I had no time for lunch.

Parents Ditch Diapers for Au Naturel Toileting Trend

GREENPOINT — Pardis Partow decided to give her year-old son, Parker, some diaper-free time at home — much to the consternation of her Yorkshire terrier.

Because of Parker’s terrible diaper rash, the Bedford-Stuyvesant lawyer-turned-Reiki healer became interested in “elimination communication” — or EC, as it’s called— responding to her son’s cues for when to go to the bathroom instead of having to rely on a diaper.

The hope is for the parent to “catch” pees and poops — whether atop open-cloth diapers, toilets, sinks or behind the multitude of parked cars on city streets.

But as Partow learned, often there are “misses.”

“I kept seeing him leave a trail of pee,” Partow, 41, said of her son. “The dog looked at me and said, ‘This isn’t fair. Why can he do that?’”

so the trend talks about bringing your kid to a public place, like a restaurant, and hoping that when the baby wants to take a dump you can catch it early enough not to leave a bunch of chocolate nuggets on the way to the bathroom??

Trader Joe's Turkey Chili. Had it for dinner last night when I didn't feel like cooking, I've been eating a hole in the ozone above me for 12 hours and still going strong. Luckily no meetings today because this would clear a room.
