Available at most pharmacies, but you gotta ask the pharmacist behind the counter. Bronkaid is the usual brand. Drugstore.com has it too, but you have to fax them your driver's license.

Bronkaid is more than just epinephrine. The amount you'd need to take for decent appetite suppression will leave you blowing snot and clearing your throat every few seconds from the expectorant.

Which is also effective for weight loss.

Never happened to me either, even after a couple weeks once I hit the three pill a day max.

I'm taking it right now. Sadly, still full of phlegm. The fat's just melting right off though.

Back and shoulders have been killing me. I really need a better office chair and a massage.

This as a stand alone sentence is gold.

So one of the lights in my office has gone dark. I have two others that are still operational, and thankfully they are the ones over my desk. the bad light is over my file cabinet, bookshelf, and visitor chairs. I have a reputation as a person who handles most things on my own, and isn't afraid to holler when I want assistance. And, FWIW, I speak to our go-to handyman maybe a dozen times a day, both professionally and personally. We've been here the longest anyway, so we have each other's backs.

Despite this, people all day long have come to my office and told me that I should call my counterpart to get this light fixed. I'm looking for the humor in all this, but they all seem earnest and good-natured and completely unable to guess that I've already talked to the person who handles this and gotten it scheduled. And if it wasn't a blown ballast I would have gotten the ladder and bulbs and fixed the fucker myself.

It blows my mind how people in offices zoom right into insignificant shit like a lightbulb being out. It was probably the talk of the day, wasn't it?

No one's really talking much in the office these days; we're short-handed right now, much more than usual. Lost people to attrition and sickness. That too is upsetting though I can't harbor ill will against the infirm. (plus, I'm also planning on being part of the exodus, so that's a touch hypocritical I guess).

The office 'handyman' came by, pointed at my bad light and said I needed to have it looked at. We both laughed.
