I'm really pissed that I saw some dudes pull up to a street parked car and one popped out and stole the license plate off it. It was so damn cold and windy out and I was about 200 feet away.

Yup.

In the meantime, I figured out how to defuse the grenade they think they have. Might just let it run for a while before I pull out the fuse to see how they handle this.
