Wrestling has had more to do with lottery than sports the past couple of olympics, with all kinds of strange rule changes back and forth, so think this serves them well.

Same here. The shipping itself is two day, but they have taken long enough to ship things that is is very frequently 3 days for me.

Seriously. Wrestling is one of the oldest sports in the world, perhaps the oldest, and is an integral part of the Olympics IMO. How they can remove it while keeping the other garbage they have added in recent years is beyond me.

Pissing me off is this never ending shin splint I've had since Xmas. I keep worrying I'm going to get compartment syndrome.

She seems oblivious to the fact that asking leading questions "what kind of vests will they be wearing", is in fact putting forth her opinion, not merely asking a question. So, SO, so ready to be married.

Would love to hear about your process of what you end up picking as I am going to have to go through the same thing in the coming weeks/months.

I have chronic compartment syndrome and it fucking sucks. It has cost me a lot of money too.

My ideal situation would be to have friends that are SF-approved, and just say "dress nice." Wouldn't bother me to have mis-matching groomsmen, as long as everyone looks their best. Unfortunately my groomsmen are pretty standard issue american men - I love them, but they don't own any nice dress clothes and have no real interest in getting any.

I wanted them to wear grey suits, but for some reason, nobody rents a grey suit, the closest thing is a grey "tuxedo", all of which have piping along the lapels (which I would like to avoid). All of which also cost around $200 per person to rent.

There is no way in hell I'm asking my groomsmen to pay $200 dollars to rent the world's shittiest suit for a day, especially if it isn't even styled in the way that I want it.

So now I'm on to the idea of buying them a "fashion" grey suit (H&M BR, or something similar) that at least will fit them correctly and be something useful to them as a gift (and not have fucking piping).

Yikes. Have they ever had to open you up? I used to see it a lot in Detroit hospitals with gunshot wounds. Guys calves would look like an abattoir.

No, but I have to get the surgery eventually. Normal pressures are under 20 mmhg after activity, my anterior compartments are around 105 and posterior 45 in both legs after about 1/2 mile of fast walking. I've had it for 4 1/2 years but actually diagnosed about 10 months ago. It basically ruined my entire military career because it took so long to identify.

That sucks man. Sorry to hear that frown.gif

That's horrible. Sure hope this is not compartment syndrome I'm developing.

From what I understand shin splints can be identified with an x-ray or bone scan so that is definitely the first thing to try. If those come up negative it is probably CCS. The catheter test isn't so bad, at least it wasn't with my guy. Getting on the treadmill and triggering the CCS was the worst part.
