It's probably your flame sensor. If you clean it with a cloth (a dollar bill works best actually) it will probably solve your problem. Do a search on you tube for directions on how to do this; it is actually pretty easy.

I had the same thing happen a couple of years ago. My heater was only 5ish years old and it started to occasionally only work for 5 or so minutes at a time. I had a repair guy come out and quote me $400 to repair something, the mainboard I think. I ended up doing some research, fixing it myself, and saving a little bit of money.

I know this isn't in the spirit of the forum in general, but I hope this information helps you smile.gif

Interesting. I googled this, and it sounds like exactly the problem I'm having. I have an HVAC guy coming this afternoon, but I'm wondering if I can run home before the appointment and try this fix.

I have a really messed up story about not telling whole truths to medical professionals. I am not going to tell it though. But all in all ultrasound goop doesn't feel good on your balls.

WTF. My crazy mom woke me up by calling last night at 11:30 and then 4am because she couldn't understand why it was dark outside. Apparently, she had slept all day and woke up at 6pm thinking it was 6am and the sun was about to rise. 4am was 4pm, even though it was still dark, and she wanted me to drop off some bananas for her on my way home from work.

oh, i agree. i did not mean to say he need antibodies, i just meant to see a doc. i just went for my sitch and he said no antibodies, but prescribed a cough suppresant that has made a huge difference over the OTC stuff.
