they now changed it that they only cover the cost of the emergency room if you are admitted.

Damn...that's awful.

I don't think I have ever been admitted upon going to the ER. They just put in the stitches or slap on a temporary cast/splint thing and say you're good to go.

Would be very expensive if they didn't pay for that.

I'm sure it's in here, but people who use public places (e.g. Panera, Starbucks) as their personal offices and have telephone conversations that should be private.

This woman sitting next to me was so loud that I emailed the person she was talking to (she repeated their email address) and said they can blame her.

No, you pay like 10% or something if you aren't admitted. Not full cost. Considerably more than a copay for a dr. visit.

One of my bosses can't seem to get it in his head that my region has two different offices, which are a 30-minute drive apart. Sure as fuck, I come into work this morning to be told that I had to drive to a video conference in an hour

All was not lost because one of the offices sent a manager with some really spectacular cleavage. I'm talking about an 8 for shape, but 10's for lift, separation and presentation. The great thing about videoconferences is that you can stare at someone's tits for 3 hours and she won't really know because the video renderings are kind of off , so it looks like your eyes are looking somewhere off to the side

My packages of Zingers came in the mail today, and I ate five of them. Now I feel queasy, but I doubt that has anything to do with it.

I stayed up late prepping and got up at o'dark thirty to give a demo early this morning. Five minutes into the meeting it became clear that the lead belongs to a different sales team. The account executive missed that minor detail when he was qualifying them. We rolled with the demo anyway. Total fucking waste of about 6 hours of my life all together - even if the other sales org closes the deal we can't get comped for it.
