I don't think I ever notioned that cheese is nutritious. Rather, it tastes good. And by good I mean like centaur-unicorns and teddy bears with top hats good.

It looks like you haven't been keeping up with the most recent journals, Fang66. Scientists have recently performed experiments in a laboratory setting and have discovered a clear distinction between what they have labeled "nutriments of truth" and "false nutriments." (I don't know why they used different constructions for the two labels.) Cheese was definitively shown to be a false nutriment.
