no it was all muscle haha. I was very much into lifting in college and so I would eat to feed the muscles and now I just eat when im hungry and sometimes even then I dont because im cheap. I eat peanut butter sandwiches for lunch for crying out loud and there is barely any peanut butter on it. I make a little 8-12 oz jar last like a month.
I spent 25 dollars at the grocery store today and thats a lot for me...I go to shaws on sundays for lunch snacks and some basic staples and trader joes during the week for a few dinners and veggies. I try to keep it under 50 unless I see my gf and we go out to dinner then all bets are off.
