Its pissing me off that i don't have work to do frog....wanna trade? Oh and these nights where I can't sleep are just doing wonders for my workouts/runs during the week. Doesn't help that i am half asleep at work either.

I don't want to be at work god damnit. I want to sit on my deck with a glass of Gewurtztraminer and Bonnie Raitt music.

my wifes car was broken into last night and her GPS was stolen. a bunch of other cars on the street were broken into as well. no broken glass or locks. apparently there is a way to get into cars locked with the clicker. same thing happened in my sisters development not too long ago, 15 cars in one night.

something along the lines of this.

Not sure...im a very light sleeper and my ac is loud so that is half the issue. Its been very humid this week so AC is a must if I want any sleep at all. Sunday night I didnt sleep at all and everyother night I have been up till 3 or so because I am just not tired enough to sleep I guess. Even when I am tired enough I can't fall asleep. Its pretty bad, but this used to happen to me alot in high school and college.

as an aside I drink maybe one cafinated drink a week and its around 2 pm...so that isnt the reason. I just never needed a lot of sleep to function, but the combination of heat/humidity/loud ac/light coming in my room from the hall across the coartyard(if you can call it that...its an opening between my apartment and the one next to me)/soar legs from running=no sleep for me.

Bring on the cool fall weather so I can sleep with my windows open and then only have to deal with doctors and nurses in my building who wake up at like 5.

You have to quit bitching about this and just realize that its going to be like this from here on out.

This, seriously. After I graduated it wasn't uncommon to pull 70-80 hour weeks that started with an early flight out Sunday morning, 12-15 hour days on-site M-Thurs, a 'short' Friday where we got home around 8-9 p.m., and a Saturday where we went to the office to file our paperwork. Now, If you had a data conversion, you worked the entire weekend, from Friday closing until the computer stopped churning - whenever that was. At least you kids have the interwebz to help you out there.

Don't you remember how it was having a newborn in the house? Or were you just lucky to get babies who slept through the night?

We had a Magellan that I always pulled under the dash when we parked anywhere. I hate leaving things in plain sight, but the Mrs. has no problem whatsoever with leaving expensive things on the dash, seat, whatever. Well, one day the Mrs. takes the jeep to a music store, and in the three minutes she was inside, someone smashed the rear passenger window and took the GPS. Didn't see that coming.

ours was hidden in the center console, totally out of sight. they riffled through the car. im glad that was all they took. ez pass was probably the only other thing in there worth taking.

my wife used to take it out every day, but left it in her purse once, and killed it when a water bottle leaked. posted that a while back. this makes the 2nd garmin i have lost in about 6 months.

no way to win. ffffuuuu.gif
