Ah wha? I was at wsh every Tuesday Thursday Saturday night for practice sessions with my breaking crew. I thought the big floor was shut down for repairs. Or was that in the spring? I don't remember now

this was during fall break. The one good weather weekend in October (it was like 65 the whole day and evening). Cocktail hour out on the terrace, enjoy the sunset, then move them to the great room for dinner, all perfect.

we had to take out a million dollar insurance policy for any repairs, but thankfully it was not us who broke the floor.

The job I've been waiting on, patiently, since JANUARY is slipping away. Spoke to my contact today and she basically said it ain't happening until next January. Are you fucking kidding me? You jerk me around for months like this (with random, out of the blue "meet the other team members" interviews) and then tell me it won't happen until next YEAR? Fuck you. Not worth it for a job that pays the same.

I don't blame you. My cousin got married last weekend, 2 p.m. wedding, everything was fine. 2-hour mass, then a long boozy reception to cure the heat stroke.

Well anytime you have to learn a new alphabet its exponentially more difficult. Prononciation is absurdly hard for a non-native Central/Eastern European speaker, The grammatical structures while similar enough to the Romance languages are different enough to make it more confusing. Just so much going on with the language. Also, judging from writers writing about Polish writing, they say the language (perhaps at least artistically) follows few Western European norms or styles so I've got that to look forward to.

No way will I learn Irish Gaelic. Maybe Slovak because I may be able to fudge it with a Polish base.

Had a very serendipitous meeting yesterday with a cute girl I met a few months ago in Mexico for work. She was with a SUPER cute friend. Forgot to tell them we need to meet for drinks
