Well, there's capacity, and then there's the impact certain levels have on your processing resources.

Low-risk drinking for men is defined as:

An average of 4 standard drinks per day
No more than 6 standard drinks on any one day
No more than 28 standard drinks over a week
One to two alcohol free days per week.

Just got to know that the BEC Higher exam will be in November and not like everyone said before in December. I'm on vacation the whole November so I have to wait until next spring/summer if I still want to take it. I wasted so much time in the lessons while my workmates went home.
