I'm re-quoting this because rampant misuse of apostrophes to form plurals has made a serious comeback on many of the threads on SF. It seemed to have died down a few months ago, but it's back in force now, and I hate it. ex: "How many suit's do you guy's own?" ex: "I bought a sweet pair of C&J Tetbury's the other day." etc. Drives me crazy. I can't even comprehend the twisted logic that would make apostrophe-pluralization begin to make sense. I guess that's what irks me so much about it. Some grammatical errors are understandable. But this one just seems completely absurd. And yet, it's so widespread.
