Thanks. Driving in an unfamiliar area last night, crossed a city line; first city had salted the roads, second hadn't. City line was on an uphill stretch of road at a sharp unmarked turn. Guy that lived nearby said it happens every time it snows, but that most folks take out his mailbox. I made it past the mailbox and was nearly able to pull out of it, so I suppose I can take that as a positive. Still pretty pissed at myself. Wouldn't have had any damage except for the 4" solid wood fence post (formerly) planted 2' into frozen ground that got in my way.
