You can't disprove a negative.

The only monthly gym around me is Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness dumbbells only go up to 75. Looks like I'm not going to start lifting again.

One of 350 other reasons why one should never sign up with Planet Fitness.

I understand these gyms need to lock people in for a year because people give up after a few months but... it sucks.

I'm trying to see how this makes sense and can't. I can't think of how 75# dumbbells would limit what can be done in any sort of decent gym.

I go through weird phases with women. Betimes I tell myself it would be nice to go out on a date with a woman, betimes I'm all, but then I can't do just what I wanna do.

Dumbbell bench, habibi. I would need 90-110ish for that.

So one movement with dumbbells prevents you from lifting again? As I said what decent gym would this be a problem at? Barbell benches, pec-deck, fly machine, etc?

Besides, even if you want to do the dumbbell movement, just do it slow with extra strict form.

Yes. Maybe I don't really want to start lifting again that badly...

Once you get a few weeks under your belt it'll be routine again.

Had a shitty workout, was feeling weak yesterday, so dropped some pounds on my everything except triceps pushdowns yesterday. For some reason I blasted those.

I have gotten out of my gym routine as of late basically because there is a woman I talk to every night during what had been my gym time. (My gym hours were always 12:30 am to around 1:45 am.) Of course this is a very nice problem to have. Irregardless, I will have to find a new gym schedule.
