Go to the gym and ride a stationary bike on a low setting. Just spin for about 20 minutes. That usually works for me.

I took way too long off the gym and now I'm doing a beginners program to get back in. Squatting 3x a week. It suuuuucks. Only been three weeks and I'm 70% of the way back to where I was, so that's nice.

Let's just say that FindFinn's version of "heavy squats" involves a barbell, yes. But the barbell ain't horizontal dass fo sure. It be vertical.

At the moment they involve not doing them at all. thanks to a knee injury.

I feel your pain. Most upper body workouts have been out of commission for a month for me due to tendonitis. Fucking sucks and annoying as hell.
