Please stop fantasizing about me engaging in sexual acts.

Dood, you're trying too hard. We all read the offer you put out there to OTC.

I seem to consistently attract a very distinct type of girl.

This article about how people in their 20s don't throw parties anymore:
http://www.nytimes.com/2015/09/17/fashion/death-of-the-party.html?WT.mc_id=2015-OCTOBER-FB-MC4-AUD_DEV-1001-1031&WT.mc_ev=click&ad-keywords=AUDDEVREMARK&_r=0

Filled with shitty millenial excuses about why they can't do it.
"waaaaahhh, rent's expensive and my friends live all over the place so nobody will be able to make the journey"
"I can't afford it because my my friends require bourbon...and not just any bourbon...FANCY BOURBON!"

I think that the only valid reasons presented by the complainers are that texting makes it all too easy to flake last minute and that the digital age's FOMO and ease of contact makes people not want to plan anything in advance (in case something better might be going on).

Of course they throw parties! How else are they going to be able to take group duckface selfies??

I've thrown 2 parties in the past year. I feel like that meets my quota.

No, they take those at bars (or when they were still in college where there are still house parties).

Clearly it is possible to meet up at bars, just not at people's apartments (and paying $10 for fancy bourbon is preferable to buying a bottle for $30).

Who needs a party when you have styfo?

That article is sort of sad. That 41% of the current crop of highschools kids have never attended a house party is unbelievable. I can remember some Friday nights going to multiple parties...and I grew up in a farming/dormitory town area. I used to love Xmas break as there was at least one party every single night of school being out.

The question is, what's a house party? I'd often have a bunch of friends over in high school or go to their place, but I wouldn't have considered it a "party." What differentiates the two?
