I stopped visiting the espn site ages ago because of their love of self-starting videos.

I've never gone to the ESPN site - maybe there was a link I followed somewhere in the past - but my default has always bee Sports Illustrated.

100% of men will have cancer cells in their prostate at age 85.

It's really something a guy has to stay on top of. /HRoi

Basically God shoved a grenade with an extra-delayed fuse up your ass to make sure we clear the way for the young pups, whatever amount of exercise, vegetables and clean living you do. laugh.gif

Just stick around to 2035, then we all get sexy robot bodies and immortality. Don't worry about this cancer nonsense.

The turf at the Edward Jones Dome started on fire before the game today. Just seems like nothing's going right for the Rams as of late (since their victry over the NFC champion Seahawks of which seems like forever ago).

You keep moving the yard stick. Last year it was 5 years. Now I have to wait 20 years? Thanks Obama.

They used to call it a slow death even if new studies are proving now more and more people die from it more than merely with it.

You ever notice how the NFL always gives the Rams the hardest schedule in the league? You can tell they're trying to get them out of St. Louis by making them look like a failed franchise even what they were the best team in the league during the days of Greatest Show on Turf.

Is this a joke? They've played in a historically bad division. We are only 5 years removed from Seattle winning that division at 7-9.

Cmon L'Inc, you arent a Green Bay fan?

I actually had to look this up. This year they have the 6th hardest. Last year was 4th hardest. That 2010 year, 32nd hardest (easiest). It rotates and for the past 3/4 years the division has been much better with Seattle and San Fran.

What sucks the most is travelling to Seattle, San Fran, and AZ. Why dont they just move to LA? wink.gif

Arizona was excellent last year too, at least until Palmer got injured.

I think the Arizona Cardinals should move back to St. Louis, where they belong. We supported two baseball teams for a long time, so we could definitely support two football teams. That would make the Rams have to travel less.

Not really pissed off about this, more just like hibbeldy-jibbeldy: I have mentioned this before, but betimes I work closely with people from cultures where it's normal to be very expressive and very open. (This usually happens when I'm working on translation projects.) They often say things that express their friendly feelings toward me and their appreciation for my help and suchlike. Problem is, I am very much a product of my upper midwestern American upbringing, to where I feel hell of uncomfortable communicating with people that way. If I have friendly feelings toward people, I don't feel any need to verbalize them be like "Oh what a wonderful friend you have been to me I am thankful to fate for your having entered into my circle basically you are like family." All of that just goes unsaid. I worry that I cause offense by not matching others' level of friendliness but I just can't do it.

People who take their kids to get their ears pierced when they're like 2 months old. WTF... First, infection problems, second, you're doing it for yourself because you think it's 'cute' not because the kid wants it, she doesn't know any better at that age.
