I tried one marked as 6mm but it slipped. Almost like 7mm might work. There is a chance that my cheap-ass free-with-furnature keys aren't made to the highest standards.

Try wrapping the head of your 6mm with a turn or two of electrical tape

No, very solidly a hexagon. Plan for tomorrow morning:

1. Try 6mm Key + Electrical tape (although there are 8 bolts, so I may need to re-apply)
2. Buy 7mm Key
3. Contact the manufacturer for key or advice (rather not wait for them to post it out to me though)
4. Look for hexagonal torx bit
5. Set up the chair in the middle of the living room and crack a beer like a boss.

Yeah, I spend quite a lot of time in the basement because I've got the big TV and low light for cinema watching. Figure that if I'm going to relax, might as well do it properly. Just wish I could have picked up and Eames chair

i think you missed my gist. ;)

Metric is standard.

That's the thing though. You have to take the tricks with the treats, and unless you live on a private, gated street the folks from the next neighborhood over have as much right to be there chanting "we want ******* candy" as you do. Also sounds like B-more and the 313 have much in common culture wise.
Sorry to hear about the tire. I 100% feel your pain.

our gated community has been having issues lately since some residents thinks it's okay to bring in busloads of kids- most likely kids of their employees, and make halloween appear that they're the generous type.

I always knew there was a reason I liked you.
We went to a party down the street for a couple of hours. I'm not going to lie. I was looking at a slutty cop's boobies.
Edit: to make this pissed off: I did not get to touch said boobies and I was unable to stay out late and party due to work today. :(

did someone just say bewbies?

Well to be fair I'm not 100% sure but someone at the place where I play is a physical therapist and she knew what it was right away, as did several others who have had the same issue. It's not that serious, apparently you don't need this tendon/muscle pair so you basically just do nothing about it and it atrophies up and basically goes away. Reading up on it on the web it's exactly what I felt - a pop like someone whacked me in my calf and instantly I hobbled up lame. I'm on the sofa with a bag of ice now. I'll go to Patient First to orris to be sure but I'm told ill already start feeling better by tomorrow. It was initially scary as **** though. I feared it might be my Achilles.

well that's a relief. When I first read it I thought you said it was your Plantar. Then you would have been completely fucked.

I have been hoping I'd see Choco Zucaritas on sale. Well, today I did see them on sale, but then I thought "Hmm, I'm not sure I want Choco Zucaritas." I am indecisive.

Yep, that was my first thought as well.
